<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a conductive roller which alleviates unevenness in resistance in a longitudinal direction having occurred when a conductive elastic layer is formed. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the conductive roller with which a conductive elastic layer with conductive silicone rubber as a main component is formed on the outer circumference of a shaft core with conductivity and a coating resin layer is formed on the conductive elastic layer, after the conductive elastic layer is formed and before the covering resin layer is formed, a step is provided for irradiating the conductive elastic layer with UV ray for a necessary irradiating amount for improving the unevenness in the resistance on the basis of the unevenness of resistance in the longitudinal direction of the conductive elastic layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
