<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release a member to be moved such as a support frame, that freely rotatably supports a discharge driven roller, in a two-axis direction with a compact structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The position switching device for the member to be moved 80 is configured to reciprocatively move the member to be moved 80 on a moving path passing through a first position N and a second position R located shifting from the first position N in one direction A, and also located off the line in the one direction A, then, to position the member 80 in each of the positions. The position switching device includes: an eccentric cam 105 that is driven by receiving the power from a power source; a cam follower 107 that is moved in the one direction by receiving the moving force from the eccentric cam; an engagement part 90 disposed on the member to be moved 80, that is engaged with the cam follower so that it can move in another direction crossing the one direction; and a guiding part 111 having a guide shape along the moving path, that guides the engagement part when the cam follower 107 is moved in the one direction, then, achieves the reciprocative movement of the member to be moved 80 on the moving path.
