<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer electric field transporting device suppressing variance in transport amount of a developer by a traveling wave electric field in a width direction (in a main scanning direction), and to provide a developer supply device equipped with the developer electric field transporting device, and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A toner supply device 6 is configured to supply charged toner T to a latent image formation surface LS of a photoreceptor drum 3. The toner supply device 6 contains a toner electric field transporting body 62. The toner electric field transporting body 62 includes a transport electrode 63a, a transport electrode support film 63b, and a transport electrode coating layer 63c. The transport electrode 63a is supported on a transport electrode support surface 63b1 being a surface of the transport electrode support film 63b.
