<p>Low toxicity, beta-adrenergic blocking a agents of formula and their acid addn. salts. (R', R2 = H, alkyl (1-5C) provided that both are not H), are used in treatment of angina, cardiac arrhythmias and auricular fibrillation, daily oral adult dose 5-400 mg. They are prepd. by treating the corresponding 1-p-cyclopropylphenyl 1,2-epoxyethanol with an amine R'NHR2 at 50-100 degrees C.</p> |
