PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus which can perform quality elastic image diagnosis by discriminating areas wherein elastic values worthy of no displaying are calculated and constituting elastic images reflecting the information. SOLUTION: Based on various kinds of data (pressure data, displacement data, elastic data) applied in a process generating distortion elastic images (elastic frame data), the displayed values of the generated distortion images (elastic frame data) are evaluate and, corresponding to the evaluation result, the displaying is controlled by adding hue data or monochromatic brightness information to the distortion elastic images.
