<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel having a transparent electrode formed by burning a dispersion liquid containing metal fine particles or metal oxide fine particles without reducing yields, wherein the plasma display panel has less variation in discharge characteristics of each discharge cell and can display high-quality images; and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: Scan bus electrodes 221a, 222a form outer edges of a scan electrode 22 in the longitudinal direction, while having a gap therebetween. Sustain bus electrodes 231a, 232a form outer edges of a sustain electrode 23 in the longitudinal direction, while having a gap therebetween. A scan transparent electrode 22b is formed in the gap between the scan bus electrodes 221a, 222a, and a sustain transparent electrode 23b in the gap between the sustain bus electrodes 231a, 232a, by using a dispersion liquid containing metal fine particles or metal oxide fine particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
