<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize liquid stored in a floating type seismic isolated structure, in a heat storage system for air conditioning. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Heat insulating materials 5 are disposed between the water W received in a seismic isolation pit 2 and the seismic isolation pit 2, and between the water W and a floating structure body 3, respectively, and a heat insulating closing member 6 is disposed near a water level of the water W to achieve heat insulation at the circumference of the water W. The water in the seismic isolation pit 2 is heated or cooled by a heat source device 4 to store heat in the water W.
