PURPOSE: A cellulose acetate film is provided to ensure low retardation value in a thickness direction and to prepare an optical compensation sheet in which contrast ratio and color change of an IPS mode liquid crystal display. CONSTITUTION: A cellulose acetate film comprises at least one kind of retardation (Rth) depressant of chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are independently -NR11R12 or -OR13; R3, R4, R11, R12 and R13 are selected from hydrogen, (C1-C7) alkyl, (C6-C20) aryl, (C3-C20) cycloalkyl, (C2-C7) alkenyl, 5-7 membered heterocycloalkyl containing at least one selected from N, O, and S, and (C4-C20) heteroaryl containing at least one element selected from N, O, and S. |
