<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent commodity exhibition site having exhibits and a system where many consumers are expected to visit and commercial management and operations are made possible. <P>SOLUTION: A system associated with a specific dealer selected from mail-order houses is structured. The system performs a process for providing a member with membership preferential money by a means for notifying data regarding sales, calculating the amount of the membership preferential money on the basis of the data, notifying back the amount and discounting the amount of the membership preferential money from the claimed amount of the sales every time the member receives a request for quotation or an order from the specific dealer, a process for calculating various kinds of management indexes of the commodity exhibition site using the data, and a process for returning an admission fee and an entrance fee as the membership preferential money to the member.
