PURPOSE: An automatic railing is provided to protect a pedestrian by maintaining a stand state of railing parts when normal times, and protect the railing parts when the river is overflowed. CONSTITUTION: An automatic railing comprises rotating brackets(10), railing parts(20), hanging brackets(30), a buoyancy part(40), and hanging devices(50). The rotating brackets rotate the railing parts. The railing parts protect a pedestrian. The buoyancy part maintains a stand state of the railing part when normal times, and conducts the railing parts when the water level of the river rises. The hanging brackets and the hanging devices fix the railing parts. |
