<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tubular laminate excellent in strength, durability, a surface grade and design effect at a low cost by enhancing process passing properties of lamination, and the tubular laminate excellent in strength, durability surface grade and design effect and suitably usable as a golf club shaft or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the tubular laminate manufacturing method, a plurality of unidirectional prepregs reinforced by reinforcing fiber bundles arranged in one direction are laminated in a tubular form so that the directions of the reinforcing fiber bundles are different from each other and reinforcing fiber bundles mutually arranged in a warp direction, a weft direction, an oblique direction and a reversely inclined direction are laminated and mutually bonded to form a nonwoven fabric. Nonwoven fabric prepregs, each of which is reinforced by the nonwoven fabric, are laminated and heated to the reaction temperature of the unidirectional prepreg and the nonwoven prepregs or above to manufacture the tubular laminate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
