A cleaning device is provided comprising: a manually grippable support (26,28,30); a pair of rollers (56,58) adapted to movably support a web (94) of an adhesive material between the rollers and rotatably connected to the support, each of the pair of rollers including an inner shaft (60) rotatably connected to the support, an outer shaft (76) rotatably connected to the inner shaft and a biasing member connected to the inner shaft and the outer shaft; and a roller synchronization mechanism (41) connected between the pair of rollers and operable to rotate the pair of rollers in a synchronized manner. Each of the pair of rollers further includes a biasing member (84;184) connected to the inner shaft and the outer shaft, wherein the biasing members in each of the pair of rollers have different tensioning forces such that an overall rotational bias in the device is caused.
