Cavity of body (5) between feedthrough plate (2) and ceramic sensitive element (4) is tight. Ceramic sensitive element (4) is arranged in the form of joined cylindrical element and sphere part located in lower part of cylindrical element. Upper part of external cylindrical surface of ceramic sensitive element (4) is tightly connected to body (5) by means of connecting material (12). Reference electrode (14) is installed in cavity produced by internal surface of ceramic sensitive element (4) and plug surface (10). External spherical part of ceramic sensitive element (4) is coated with a layer of porous platinum electrode (8). End of central core (13) goes through hole in plug (10) into volume of reference electrode (14).
