PURPOSE: A cold and hot water supply system using the district heating heat or central supply heating heat is provided to reduce the water waste when supplying hot water according to the desired water temperature of a user. CONSTITUTION: A cold and hot water supply system using the district heating heat or central supply heating heat comprises a mixed water supply zone(20). The mixed water supply zone supplies the mixed water because plural thermo valves(25) are connected to a main cold water supply pipe(12) and a main hot water supply pipe(13). The mixed water is transmitted to a public bathroom control zone(30) and an individual bathroom control zone(40) through plural thermo valves installed in the mixed water supply zone. The mixed water is discharged to a circulating water pipe(26) composed of cold and hot water mixed water faucets(32,33).
