PURPOSE: A biosensor in which a sensing electrode is formed and an analytical method of a sample using the same are provided to get more accurate result by analyzing the sample with a point of time when the sample is actually full as a start point. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor in which a sensing electrode comprises a working electrode(12), a reference electrode(13), a reaction enzyme layer(14) and a sensing electrode(12a). The working electrode and reference electrode are long enough to pass through a sample path in a lower insulation substrate(11). The reference electrode is installed in the lower insulation substrate. The reaction enzyme layer crosses the working electrode and reference electrode along the sample path. The sensing electrode is formed so that at least a part thereof is inserted into the sample path of the downstream side. The sensing electrode extends in order to completely pass through the sample path.
