PURPOSE: A wood slit type soundproof plate is provided to improve the noise absorption efficiency by absorbing noise, and diffracting the noise at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A wood slit type soundproof plate(100) comprises frames(110), stopping members(150), a sound absorbing member(120), slits(140), slit guides(130), clips, and an interference device(200). The frames are formed in a rectangular frame shape. The stopping members block the noise. The sound absorbing member absorbs the noise flowed from the front of the frames. The slits guide the noise to the sound absorbing member. The slit guides allow the multiple slits to be inclined and attached. The clips fix the slits to the slit guides. The interference device absorbs the noise flowed into the bottom surface of the slits.
