PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of instant coffee containing roasted coffee beans is provided to make the instant coffee having strong flavors and taste by mixing the instant coffee with pulverized roasted coffee beans after roasting green coffee beans. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of instant coffee containing roasted coffee beans comprises the following steps: pulverizing roasted coffee beans which are sternly roasted; mixing the pulverized coffee beans with the instant coffee with the ratio of 10~1:90~99; and mixing the pulverized coffee beans and the mixed coffee or sugar and the coffee cremer(50).
