PURPOSE: An intake door drive unit of a car air conditioner is provided to make the structure of components simple by mounting a shaft with a worm on the intake door drive unit. CONSTITUTION: An intake door drive unit of a car air conditioner comprises a scroll case, a first intake door, a second intake door, rotary shafts(205a,205b), and a rotary member. The worm wheel is combined in an end of the rotary shaft. The shaft is apart from the worm wheel and crosses the scroll case. The worm is meshed with the worm wheel. The drive member runs the worm.
