PURPOSE: A lens assembly is provided to adjust the squareness of a shaft easily, thereby improving the squareness and securing proper assembling tolerance. CONSTITUTION: A lens is mounted in a lens base(110). One end(131a) of a shaft(131) is contacted to one side of the lens base. The shaft guides up and down movement of the lens. A shaft adjusting member(140) is disposed on the lens base, and fixes the other end(131b) of the shaft. According as the one end of the shaft is contacted to the lens base and the other end of the shaft is coupled with the shaft adjusting member, the shaft is fixed. A hole(143a) is formed in the other side of the shaft adjusting member. The other end of the shaft is inserted into the hole.
