<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for manufacturing a golf club head which stably molds a golf club head having an excellent design without complicating an apparatus and an yeild is improved even when integrally molding a metal material and a fiber-reinforced resin material with a hollow inside. <P>SOLUTION: In the apparatus, the fiber-reinforced resin material 11 having a crown part 11a and a back part 11b in the upper space Sa and a lower space Sb of an upper mold 101a and a lower mold 101b and a metal material 12 having a sole part 12a, a face part 12b, and a flange part 12c are arranged while the crown part 11a is overlapped to the exterior of the flange part 12c; and the upper mold 101a and the lower mold 101b are made to be close to each other to join the fiber-reinforced resin material 11 and the metal material 12, the sum of the heights ha and hb of the upper space Sa and the lower space Sb is configured to be smaller than the height H from the sole part 12a to the crown part 11a, and a support part 104 which makes the lower mold 101b swingable so as to tilt with respect to the upper mold 101a is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
