<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the wasteful standby time until a detector turns stable after starting while preventing the collection of wasteful data while the detector is unstable. <P>SOLUTION: Since much noise is produced in the detector 3 in starting, the inclination of the stepwise voltage pulse signal formed by a preamplifier 4 is steep and the time interval t of a reset pulse RST is narrow but, when the detector 3 turns stable and noise is reduced, the time interval t is widened. Then, the occurring interval of the reset pulse RST is measured by a pulse interval measuring part 11: if the measured time interval t exceeds a predetermined threshold value t1, a determining part 12 gives instructions to a display part 13 to perform display for reporting an analyzable state. By this constitution, the wasteful standby time is eliminated and analysis is executed after the detector certainly turns stable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
