<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor member capable of preventing a coating in a decorative groove from lifting. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This floor member 1 is constituted by arranging a surface decorative member 5 on a wooden chip resin composite material 4 arranged on a surface side of a plywood 2, forming the decorative grooves 7, 8, 9 reaching the wooden chip composite material from a surface of the surface decorative member 5, and finishing a surface by coating.
