PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe cutter for cutting pipes reliably, quickly, and safely at desired portions without pre-curing surrounding equipment and cables even in an extremely narrow space. SOLUTION: Two holder frames each having a concave cantilever holding portion inside are pivotally supported by a common shaft at one end side and with the other side openable and closable and fit together into an annular shape as they are closed. The holder frame includes a cutter blade abutting on the outer periphery of a pipe in the annularly fit state. The holder frames are fit together annularly to form an annular shell body which is finger-hooked over its peripheral portion to be forcibly rotated around an axis of the pipe.
