The system has a large variable workbench (1) and a pair of rails (12) for receiving a horizontal pre and back moving work carriage (3) on a side of the workbench. A bitumen-like lining is provided as a surface of the workbench, where the surface is operable in standing height. Lower plastic rollers (7) stay under spring pressure and an electric motor (4) drives the work carriage. A spring-returning-damper element (8) is provided in a driving direction at the work carriage. An adaptive anchorage is provided on a drive shaft of the electric motor for surface mounting of a rim and/or a tire (5).
