<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for allowing character codes between information processing systems to correspond to each other by using a master character set based on a character shape. <P>SOLUTION: Character data is received from a plurality of information processing systems, a master character set is generated on the basis of the character data, a correspondence relation between a character code and a master code of characters to be used in a first information processing system is calculated, and a correspondence relation between a character code and a master code of characters to be used in the second information processing system is calculated between the plurality of information processing systems on the master character set and the character data received from the information processing systems, and the character code of the characters to be used in the first information processing system and the character code of the characters to be used in the second information processing system, which correspond to the same master code, are associated with each other to generate a conversion table between the first information processing system and the second information processing system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
