PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine moving blade fixing structure easily extending the life of each moving blade or a turbine rotor. SOLUTION: This turbine moving blade fixing structure includes: the turbine moving blade 3 having an inverted Christmas tree type turbine blade fitting section 7 having a blade hook portion 10 and a blade neck portion 11; a blade groove 5 having a rotor neck portion 21 engaged with the blade hook portion and a rotor hook portion 20 engaged with the blade neck portion, and fitted around the turbine blade fitting section; a blade fitting member 30 inserted into a slot 15 formed between the bottom 22 of the blade groove and the tip 12 of the turbine blade fitting section and fitting the turbine moving blade; and an abradable coating 35 formed in advance on a part of the blade fixing member or the whole blade fixing member and filling a clearance between the bottom and the tip with a remaining portion obtained by cutting excessive part when the blade fixing member is inserted into the slot.
