<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical washing water feeding device capable of achieving ideal washing without using a detergent and without a problem of the environmental contamination. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The medical washing water feeding device includes: a flow regulator 12 disposed in the upper water piping for feeding clean water; an electrolytic hypo water generator 14 for obtaining sodium hypochlorite from salt dissolved in clean water by a non-diaphragm method and dissolving the obtained sodium hypochlorite to generate a diluted solution; and a micro-bubble feeding means 15 disposed on the upstream or downstream of the electrolytic hypo water generator for generating micro-bubbles by means of the pressurizing/depressurizing method or air/liquid shearing method and for agitating the micro-bubbles and the diluted solution of sodium hypochlorite.
