<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child safety seat capable of separating an armrest from a carrier. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The child safety seat includes the carrier, the armrest and a flexible connector. The carrier includes a loading surface and a connection part. The flexible connector is connected between the carrier and the armrest. In a state that the child safety seat is not assembled, the armrest is separated from the connection part. In a state that the child seat is assembled, the armrest is fixed to the connection part. Alternatively, the child safety seat includes the carrier, the armrest and the connector. The carrier includes the loading surface and the connection part. In a state that the child safety seat is not assembled, the armrest is placed to be flat on the loading surface.
