<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform positioning of a sensor head and a base in the case of attaching the sensor head to the base, and to minimize an angle for pressing the head to the base so as to be turned. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Either the base 12 or the head 11 is provided with a ring-shaped flat guide surface part 20 at a peripheral edge section and three or more trap parts 22 in which a locking reception part 21 is formed at notched sections arranged at positions for dividing the guide surface part 20 into prescribed circular-arcs, and a regulation wall 23 projected high from the guide face part 20 is provided along the inner periphery or outer periphery of the guide face part 20. The other of the base 12 and the head 11 is provided with one or more locking parts 19 which can be locked and fit into any of the locking reception part 21 at a place corresponding to the guide surface part 20, and the base 11 is turned in a prescribed direction with respect to the base 12 in such a state that the locking part 19 is brought into contact with the guide face part 20, so that the locking part 19 can be guided by the guide surface part 20 and the regulation wall 23, and inserted into the trap part 22, and locked and fit into the locking reception part 21.
