The present invention relates to a length adjustment apparatus including a fixed housing having a central panel with a through-hole; and a rotatable housing having a rotational shaft to be inserted into the through-hole of the fixed housing, and which is coupled to the fixed housing such that the rotatable housing is rotatable in the forward and reverse directions relative to the fixed housing. A string is inserted into a first string passage hole formed at one side of either the fixed housing or the rotatable housing, taken up at a winding portion formed at the rotational shaft, and extracted through a second string passage hole formed at the other side of either the fixed housing or the rotatable housing, such that the string is taken up at the winding portion and released from the winding portion when the rotatable housing rotates in the forward and reverse directions. In the coupled parts of the fixed housing and the rotatable housing, a protrusion is formed at one of either the fixed housing or the rotatable housing and a groove is formed at the other one of the fixed housing and the rotatable housing. Whereby, a string adjustment apparatus with a simpler structure which enables for the convenient and effective adjustment of string length can be obtained. |
