PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data controller which allows devices to perform data communication between them by an easy operation. SOLUTION: A main control part 206 of the data controller 101 makes a communication control part 205 start detection of another radio device (S2). When a plurality of radio devices are detected, and there are devices which are newly registered, or already registered and of which the pieces of location information are changed, the main control part 206 recalculates pieces of location information on all the radio devices (S5). The main control part 206 determines operation modes (transmission, reception, transmission/reception) from the calculated pieces of location information and pieces of control information made to correspond to the pieces of location information (S6). The main control part 206 updates the contents of communication formats to all the radio devices (a first radio device 102, a second radio device 103 here), and performs transmission to each radio device (S7).
