<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a coil length short even while using a magnet wire whose cross section is circular, and to cope with a high voltage and a high current. <P>SOLUTION: A secondary coil L2 for high voltage generation is configured by folding over and winding the magnet wire 12 over a plurality of layers on the side of a ferrite core 11. A cylindrical flanged bobbin 14 and a bottomed bobbin 15 for insulation between a high voltage and a low voltage before and after the fold-over of the secondary coil L2 are arranged, respectively. The secondary coil L2 configured in such a manner is housed in a casing 16, and a filler 17 is filled and solidified. A groove 161 is formed on the outer periphery of the casing 16 at a position facing the ferrite core 11, and a primary coil L1 is formed in the groove 161. By securing the insulation of the secondary coil L2 while using the magnet wire 12, the electromagnetic device of the high voltage and the high current is achieved while suppressing the coil length of the secondary coil L2 to be short, and the surface discharge of the primary coil L1 and the secondary coil L2 is prevented as well. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
