<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication device capable of reducing the load on the user, while enabling a plurality of applications utilizable. <P>SOLUTION: The wireless communication device is equipped with: a communication means for performing a proximity wireless communications with an external apparatus; a detecting means for detecting whether the communication means is communicable with an external apparatus; a direction detecting means for detecting a direction; and a controlling means for performing different processes by using the communication means, according to the direction detected by the direction detecting means, when communicative with the external apparatus. The wireless communication device which performs proximity wireless communications with a party has a memory means for correspondingly storing a plurality of directions which are operable by the wireless communication device on performing the proximity wireless communications, and a plurality of application programs used in the proximity wireless communication; the direction detecting means for detecting the direction of the wireless communication device; and a means for performing the proximity wireless communication means with the communication party, according to the direction detected by the direction detecting means, by means of the application program which corresponds to the direction of the wireless communication device, at proximity wireless communication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
