PURPOSE:To manufacture a composite cushion body comfortable to sit on by retaining a reinforcing fabric on the inner surface of an upper layer top force, injecting foaming blended liquid of soft foam for an upper layer into a bottom force, carrying out heat foam molding and injecting the foaming blended liquid of soft foam for a lower layer and integrating it. CONSTITUTION:Wefts of a reinforcing fabric 3, (one or a plurality of layers) is set on an upper layer top force of a mold having a plurality of molds connected with the periphery of a bottom mold to be able to open and close in the arrow direction (a), and retained temporarily in a manner to be released easily. Foaming blended liquid of an upper layer soft foam 4 is injected into the bottom force, while the upper layer top force is closed, and heat foam molding is carried out to form the upper layer integrating soft foam for the upper layer and the reinforcing fabric 3. The upper layer top force is opened just before or after the tack-free time of said foaming material, and foaming blended liquid of lower layer soft foam 5 is injected on a foam with which the reinforcing fabric 3 is buried and integrated, while the lower layer top force is closed, and heat foam molding is carried out to mold a composite cushion body. |
