<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control gradation by preventing the degradation of an image quality due to erroneous emission of light without complicating a peripheral circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A pixel circuit 22 includes: an OLED 30; a high-luminance driving transistor 34A and a low-luminance driving transistor 34B, both having normally-on characteristics and being different from each other in driving characteristics; a selection transistor 32 for selectively driving the high-luminance driving transistor; a first capacitor 38A one end of which is connected to gates of the high-luminance and low-luminance driving transistors; a second capacitor 38B one end of which is connected to a gate of the selection transistor 32; a first switch 36A connected between a data line Data to which an image data is output and the first capacitor 38A; and a second switch 36A connected between a driving signal line Drv to which signals for turning on/off the selection transistor 32 are output and the second capacitor 38. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
