PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve instantaneous pull-in by a large-scale system including a master device, a repeater, and a slave device and to improve tolerance to a plurality of long-time-length impulsive noises to secure stabler data communication. SOLUTION: A control loop of A/D-GSW is provided with a DC component removing circuit comprising a DC component averaging circuit 100, a delay circuit 101, and an adder 102. The A/D-GSW removes a DC component only in the control loop from a digital reception signal received by the DC component removing circuit, performs level detection on the digital reception signal having a DC component removed by the DC component removing circuit, and performs gain control with an average level value of the level detection.
