GOLD FINE PARTICLE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND USE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rod-shaped gold fine particles adsorbed with specified organic matter, to provide a method for accumulating the gold fine particles on a target part, and to provide a technique applied therewith.

SOLUTION: The rod-shaped gold fine particle (gold nanorod) with a nanosize modified with organic matter is provided which contains a part (A) compatible in a dispersion medium and substrate peptide (B) decomposed with specified enzyme. The method is provided in which, to a specified part where the substrate peptide (B) is decomposed with protease, the part (A) is eliminated from the rod-shaped gold fine particle and protease appears, the gold fine particle is flocculated. A treatment method utilizing the method is also provided.
