PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analysis apparatus for reducing the wastes of time required for re-inspection and a reagent used for re-inspection. SOLUTION: This automatic analysis apparatus includes a detection section 41a for detecting nozzle jamming of a nozzle 31b, an information adding section 41b for adding additional information indicating jamming of the nozzle 31b as a nozzle jamming flag to an analysis data of an analyte where the nozzle jamming of the nozzle 31b is detected by the detection section 41a, and a conveyance control section 41c. The conveyance control section 41c controls an analyte supply section 2 so that automatic re-inspection is perform by conveying a rack 25 to a recovering section 22 when the rack 25 holds at least one analyte vessel 25a for storing an analyte where the nozzle jamming flag is added to the analysis data or conveying, to a supply section 20, the rack 25 holding at least one analyte vessel for storing an analyte that is not added with the nozzle jamming flag and is to be re-inspected.
