PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission device and an information receiving device, which transmits a plurality of videos representing a traffic situation of an intersection, and which simultaneously receives the plurality of videos to all vehicles entering the intersection without delay. SOLUTION: The information transmission device 3 allocates the video photographed by each of a plurality of photographing devices 2 installed in the intersection to each segment corresponding to a direction to which each photographing device 2 performs the photographing, and transmits it by a broadcast signal. The information receiving device receives the broadcast signal from the information transmission device 3, extracts the video and direction information corresponding to a video signal from each segment of the received broadcast signal, and displays the extracted video to the direction on a map displayed on a display part of the information receiving device based on the extracted direction information and the direction on the map. Preferentially displayed order of the direction is determined by an advance direction of a vehicle 1, and the video corresponding to the direction is displayed, based on the determined direction.
