PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable battery pack suppressing capacity dispersion between storage batteries, and positively suppressing performance deterioration due to over charge or over discharge (reverse charge) of a storage battery with low capacity even if the number of storage batteries composing the battery pack is increased. SOLUTION: The battery pack comprises a storage battery group A wherein a plurality of storage batteries A are serially connected, and one storage battery B serially connected to the storage battery group A and having lower capacity than the storage batteries A, and the storage batteries A are set in a state with larger charge quantity than the storage battery B.
