摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the emission of unburned fuel in a low speed light load zone in an internal combustion engine provided with a fuel injection valve directly injecting fuel into a cylinder and a fuel injection valve injecting fuel to an intake air passage, and adjusting an intake air quantity by a valve lift. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel injection control device for the internal combustion engine is provided with a variable valve train 9 capable of variably controlling a lift and the opening/closing timing of an intake valve 7 and a working angle of a cam 31 driving the intake valve 7, a first fuel injection valve 11 directly injecting fuel into the cylinder 1, and a second fuel injection valve 14 injecting fuel to the intake passage 5, and adjusts the intake air quantity by the control of the open/close timing of the intake valve 7 by the variable valve train 9.
