METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THERMOPLASTIC COPOLYMERS

A thermoplastic copolymer manufacturing method that manufactures a copolymer (B) by (1) polymerizing a copolymer (A) by continuously supplying a monomer mixture (a) comprising aromatic vinyl monomer (a1) and vinyl cyanide monomer (a2) to a complete mixing reactor, and then (2) polymerizing the copolymer (A) by supplying same to a cylindrical reactor comprising a static mixing structure disposed in series with the complete mixing reactor, a thermoplastic copolymer with excellent balance of properties such as coating tolerance, color, and flowability and excellent operability and productivity can be obtained.
