Provided is a heat-conductive noise suppression sheet with which a high level of noise suppression effect and excellent heat conductivity can be attained in a wide frequency band ranging from several hundreds of MHz to several GHz in particular.  The heat-conductive noise suppression sheet comprises at least first ferrite particles (4), second ferrite particles (5), and a matrix material (7). The first ferrite particles (4) are spherical particles having an average grain size of 50 to 150µm and a content of 5 to 25 vol% with respect to total solid components. The ferrite particles (5) are amorphous particles having an average grain size of 50µm or less and a content of 5 to 45 vol% with respect to the total solid components.
