<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily specify an affected area of the beating heart and to easily carry out spectral analysis of the tissue. <P>SOLUTION: A heart observation apparatus 1 is provided which comprises an imaging section 9 for photographing the external surface of the heart B via the pericardium A to acquire an image, a spectral probe 6 that irradiates the heart B with near-infrared light through the pericardium A located within a range of the image acquired by the imaging section 9 and detects the returned near-infrared light by being scattered or reflected by the heart B, a spectral analysis section 14 for analyzing the detected near-infrared light, a memory section 15 for corresponding and storing the analytic result of the spectral analysis section 14 and a detected position of the spectral probe 6 determined on the basis of a characteristic point common to the plurality of images acquired by the imaging section 9, and a display section 8 that combines and displays, on one of the images of the outer surface of the heart B acquired by the imaging section 9 and at positions corresponding respectively to the detected positions stored in the memory section 15, the stored analytic results corresponding to the detected positions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
