<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool electric components including a heating component stored in an electric case while reducing temperature differences between a plurality of batteries stored in a battery case. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicular power includes the battery case 2 storing the plurality of batteries 1, the electric case 4 storing the electric components including the heating component 3, a flow-in side duct 5 for blowing cooling gas to the surfaces of the batteries 1 in the battery case 2 to cool the batteries, an exhaust side duct 6 for exhausting cooling air after passing through the surfaces of the batteries 1 to cool the batteries 1, and a blowing fan 7 for forcibly blowing the cooling air from the flow-in side duct 5 through the surfaces of the batteries 1 to the exhaust side duct 6. The batteries 1 stored in the battery case 2 is cooled by the forcibly blown cooling air. The electric case 4 formed in such a closed structure that the cooling air is not blown inside has a heat dissipating part 8 exposed to the surface.
