<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notebook personal-computer stand which is simply structured and usable even when a user lies on his back or on his side. <P>SOLUTION: A first and a second support members 101 and 107 are mutually and rotatably connected with each other with hinges 106. While a notebook personal computer 501 is placed on the first and second support members 101 and 107 with the computer opened, the computer 501 is regulated by a protruding member 102 so as not to fall off the support member 101. A Hook-and-Loop fastener 114 is adhered to a hinge 113 integrally provided on a third support member 112, and a Hook-and-Loop fastener 110 is adhered to the back surface of the second support member 107. By changing a sticking position between the fasteners 114 and 110, a relative angle between the support members 101 and 107 is changed to adjust an angle of the personal computer 501.
