摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant compressor capable of smoothly discharging refrigerant gas in a compression chamber to a delivery chamber while making a delivery valve easily open. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A valve-port forming body 13 of a piston type compressor 10 is provided with a delivery port 51a delivering compressed refrigerant gas to the delivery chamber 35 from the compression chamber, and is provided with a long plate shape delivery valve D opening and closing the delivery port 51a by pressure difference between the compression chamber and the delivery chamber 35. The valve-port forming body 13 is provided with a retainer part R regulating opening of the delivery valve D at a position facing the delivery valve D. A pair of vent holes 53f are formed on the retainer part R. Each vent hole 53f crosses an axis L of the delivery valve D at a right angle, and is positioned on a reference line N passing a surface of the delivery valve D. Parts of the holes are formed to open toward the delivery chamber 35 from a position shifted to the outside from both sides of the delivery valve D along the reference line N.
