<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a class-D amplifier capable of reducing a resistance element in size and in cost while preventing the resistance element of an impedance correction element from being destroyed or burnt on the basis of a loss caused by a current. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An impedance correction means 24 includes a resistance element 26 having such electro-resistance characteristics as to gradually decrease an electro-resistance value with a temperature rise or such electro-resistance characteristics as rapidly decreasing the electro-resistance value when exceeding a predetermined temperature.
