<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure examination system capable of examining the installation of a tower crane in construction work by minimizing manual operations. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This structure examination system for examining a method of reinforcing a building which is required for installing a tower crane comprises: a building information database in which building specification data and building design data are stored; a construction plan information database in which building construction plan information is stored; a construction material database in which characteristic data on construction materials is stored; a structure calculation means for performing a structure calculation for the building which is required for installing the tower crane at each construction step according to the construction plan data, specification data, and design data; a determination means for determining the safety of the building according to the result of the structure calculation by the structure calculation means; and a member selection means for selecting a reinforcing member capable of satisfying the requirement of safety according to the result of the structure calculation while referring to the building material database when the result of the determination by the determination means is not acceptable.
