PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill up a gap between a seat cushion and a shielding member generated by design change or the like by a simpler configuration (latch structure of an upholstery material end). SOLUTION: The latch structure of the upholstery material end includes a planar bracket 10 for supporting the lower part of the seat cushion 4 and a hook member 20 capable of fixing the upholstery material end 6SE. The hook member 20 has a pair of engaging pieces 22 and 24 to be engaged in a clamped state with the bracket 10 and an extending piece 26 extending below the seat during the clamped state. The extending piece 26 is extended below the seat to be lower than the upper part end of the shielding member 10 when the seat cushion 4 is moved upwards, the upholstery material end 6SE is fixed to the hook member 20 so as to cover the outer surface of the extending piece 26, the pair of engaging pieces 22 and 24 are engaged with the bracket 10, and the hook member 20 is latched to the bracket 10.
